I did 30 minutes on the treadmill this evening. That’s about as long as my son will entertain himself without looking for the wrong things to get into. It was a decent workout. Intervals. I like intervals because they keep it interesting. I can program my treadmill to change inclines and speeds during a workout, which is good for me because I’m trying to burn as many calories as I can. Springtime is right around the corner! I hadn’t realized the amount of time I took off until I synced my Garmin and saw my last run was 3 weeks ago. :( What happened? I really couldn’t say. Laziness? Perhaps. Preoccupied with life? Definitely. It’s still not an excuse. I registered for a 5K race in June that’ll be here before I know it. I must get on the ball. I’d like to post my Garmin Connect stats here somehow. Wish me luck on figuring that out. :-/
